I met up with this incredible family on a chilly, spring morning for their portrait session at Jones Point Park in Alexandria, VA. They were some of the first neighbors we met when we moved into our home 5 years ago, and it’s been so fun watching our girls grow up over the years. You can’t tell from the photographs that it was a balmy 40 degrees near the Potomac River - they make it look like it was summertime at the beach! I had a blast capturing some images for them and and throwing sticks into the river for a friendly pup who worked tirelessly to crash our session.
